Needless to say, we were quite startled and I went running out side to see what happened. Turns out the two turkey hens had decided to fly up there and go for a walk! We checked on the Bunnies this morning and only found one of them there. We kind of think this is a third one, as he was much more vocal and frisky then the other two were. Little Man held him for a little bit and when we put him back down, he hopped away into the woods. I picked up the rest of the log pile and did not find any more Bunnies. Reading up on them, we think these are juvenile Bunnies that are old enough to be out on their own. They would have liked the overgrown woodpile …

Little Man and I were clearing out our fire pit and we stumbled upon baby bunnies! Literally! I was walking around the fire pit to clear out some more grass and as I stepped down and heard a sound. It sounded like a dog squeak toy! As I hopped away in surprise, I looked down and there was a tiny Baby Bunny! Afraid that I may have crushed it, I carefully picked the tiny bunny up. To my great relief, the little critter scrambled in my hands to find a small spot to hide! All its limbs working very well. …
